Remove scroll from toolbar, move undo/redo into More dropdown to fit
single line. All dropdowns now open upward (bottom-full) so they don't

Wrap editor content in a scrollable container with max-h-[60vh] so long
notes scroll within the editor instead of pushing it off-screen. Also make
the overlay itself scrollable with bottom padding for small viewports.

Load notes from IndexedDB first for instant display, then sync from
server in background. All mutations now persist to IDB when online,
keeping the cache always current. Eliminates empty state flash on load.

Opening a note sets the URL to /#note-id, closing clears it.
On page load, the hash is read and the corresponding note is opened.

The Svelte 5 SSR compiler was optimizing away the __APP_VERSION__
constant set via Vite's define, causing the version to be missing
from the production footer. Use a +layout.server.ts load function
to pass the version from package.json instead.
Also bumps version to 0.1.6.

Add SvelteKitPWA plugin to generate a service worker that precaches
static assets and uses NetworkFirst for API routes, enabling the app

Add a tick counter that increments on every TipTap transaction,

Checklist-mode notes now display as a visual checklist preview (up to
