Users pulling the image without authentication get "unauthorized" because
ghcr.io packages default to private under an organization. Add a step in
both release workflows to explicitly set the container package to public.

Adds a script that scans src/routes/api/ for exported HTTP methods and
generates an OpenAPI 3.1 spec at /api/openapi.json. Runs automatically
before each build.

The PWA manifest icons were a generic pretzel emoji on a dark background,
not matching the app's pixel-art pretzel favicon. Regenerated from the
favicon.svg source.

SvelteKit sets Vite's base to './' for client builds, causing the PWA
plugin to generate relative SW paths (./sw.js). On sub-routes like
/settings or /tag/foo, this resolves to /settings/sw.js which returns
HTML, breaking SW registration. Force scope and buildBase to '/'.

The maskable purpose caused Android to crop the already-round icon
into its adaptive shape, resulting in a square-inside-circle appearance.

Active service workers change the fetch lifecycle enough that Playwright's
waitForResponse() misses SW-mediated responses, causing preferences tests
to timeout. Block SW registration during e2e tests.

Workbox route matching intercepts all HTTP methods, which caused PUT/POST
requests (e.g. preferences updates) to be handled by the SW strategy
handler instead of passing through directly. Restrict API and attachment
cache rules to GET-only using function-based urlPattern.

@vite-pwa/sveltekit does not auto-inject SW registration into SSR HTML.
Add explicit registration via virtual:pwa-register in root layout onMount,
inject webmanifest link via virtual:pwa-info, disable SvelteKit's built-in
SW registration to avoid conflicts, and add required dependencies.

Concurrent edits to shared notes (e.g., one user checks a shopping list
item while another adds an item) were lost because the sync system used
whole-document Last-Write-Wins. This replaces it with a 3-way line-level
content merge using node-diff3, so changes to different lines are
preserved from both users.
Key changes:
- Add node-diff3 for 3-way line-level content merging
- Remove the timestamp gate in processSyncPush that rejected entire
offline sync pushes when another user had updated the note
- Add content merge to both the sync push path and the PATCH endpoint,
using version snapshots as the merge base
- Send baseVersion from the client so the server can find the correct
common ancestor for 3-way merge
- Protect pending local fields during client pull merge by reading
the sync queue and preserving queued-but-unpushed changes
- Add comprehensive tests for content merge, server sync, and CRDT merge

Navigation requests had no caching rule, so refreshing offline showed the
browser's default "you are offline" page. Add NetworkFirst runtime caching
for navigations (3s timeout), cache Google Fonts for offline use, remove
conflicting static webmanifest in favor of the plugin-generated one.

- Add SMTP configuration example to README install section
- Add note version history, sharing, and email notifications to README feature list
- Expand FEATURES.md with all 9 email notification types and version history section
- Add note sharing, version history, and email alerts feature cards to landing page
- Add all OAuth/SSO env vars to docker-compose.yml with empty defaults

On mobile, tapping a note card could trigger action buttons in the
editor that rendered at the same coordinates (ghost click). Suppress
pointer events on both toolbars for 150ms after mount — matching the
pop-in animation — so the synthetic click passes harmlessly.

Playwright's setOffline(false) doesn't reliably emit the browser's
'online' DOM event in headless/CI environments. Manually dispatch it
as a safety net so the sync client always triggers.

The editor card's onpointerdown stopPropagation prevented the
FormattingToolbar's document-level pointerdown listener from
detecting clicks outside the dropdown. Since both overlay handlers
already use e.target === e.currentTarget to ignore bubbled events,
no stopPropagation is needed on the card.

Pointer events are never synthetically re-dispatched from touch
(unlike mouse events), so the tap that opened the editor cannot
ghost-click the overlay. This eliminates the mobile first-load bug
without relying on an arbitrary delay.
Both pointerdown and pointerup must target the overlay itself to
trigger close, which also handles the text-selection-outside-editor
edge case.

On first page load on mobile, the synthetic mousedown from a tap can
arrive ~300ms after the touch event — well after a single
requestAnimationFrame (~16ms). Replace the rAF-based overlayReady
guard with a 400ms timestamp check from mount time to reliably
ignore stale synthetic events on slow first loads.

Send an email to collaborators when they are added to a shared note.
Uses nodemailer with optional SMTP configuration (auto-enabled when
SMTP_HOST is set). Users can opt out via the notifyOnShare preference.
