- Add svelte-ignore for intentional state_referenced_locally patterns
- Wrap clickable images in button elements for keyboard accessibility
- Add proper ARIA roles (dialog, textbox) with tabindex and focus management
- Fix lightbox Escape key handling to not close parent editor overlay
