Frederic CabassutandClaude Opus 4.6 c1c4fe5056 chore: switch to GHCR image in docker-compose, remove dokploy webhook 
- docker-compose.yml now uses pre-built ghcr.io image instead of build
- ORIGIN is configurable via env var for deployment
- Remove deploy job from release workflow (Dokploy pulls compose from repo)

Frederic CabassutandClaude Opus 4.6 c73061a74e fix: run Dokploy redeploy after Docker image push 
Move the Dokploy webhook into a separate deploy job that depends on
the release job, ensuring the image is fully pushed before redeploying.

Frederic CabassutandClaude Opus 4.6 60b2347c91 feat: push Docker image to GitHub Container Registry on release 
Replace generic registry secrets with ghcr.io using the built-in
GITHUB_TOKEN. Use docker/metadata-action for automatic semver tagging.
