Rename user-facing "pinned" terminology to "favorites" across stores,
components, MCP server, and e2e tests while keeping the `pinned` DB
column unchanged.

Remove the sort mode selector UI. Notes now sort by custom order
first (drag to reorder), falling back to most-recently-updated for
ties. Drag handles are always available.

Call loadNotes(filter) when the filter prop changes so the store
gets populated with the correct note subset for each view.

Show a fixed FAB at bottom-right on mobile instead of the inline
button that scrolls out of view. Desktop keeps the inline button.

Add /archive, /trash, /tag/[name] routes with proper <a> links
in the sidebar. Tags visible regardless of current filter.
