The "note cards use dark colors" test was conditional on notes existing,
making the assertion potentially vacuous. Now creates a note first.

- Use test.describe.serial to prevent parallel preference conflicts
- Set up waitForResponse listener BEFORE click (response may arrive
before listener is registered)
- Add waitForLoadState('networkidle') after navigations

Remove ThemeToggle component, theme store, dark: Tailwind variants,
and dark color values from NOTE_COLORS. Simplify color logic to use
a single bg property. Delete dark mode e2e tests.
