Subject: [PATCH] feat: add CacheFirst SW rule for attachment images

Attachment images are immutable (UUID-based), so CacheFirst is ideal.
Previously-viewed images remain available offline even after blob URLs
expire. Rule placed before general NetworkFirst API rule to match first.
