Frederic CabassutandClaude Opus 4.6 ac9bed93b2 fix(auth): resolve session validation and layout rendering issues 
Fix session expiry check (seconds vs milliseconds mismatch in raw SQL),
conditionally render app chrome only for authenticated users, use full
page reload after login/setup for proper session propagation, remove
HTML minlength to allow JS validation, fix store to remove notes on
trash/archive, and make auth tests race-condition safe.

Rewrite auth module for multi-user support:
- setupUser now takes email, password, displayName; returns User
- verifyPassword takes email+password; returns User or null
- createSession takes explicit userId
- validateSession joins sessions+users; returns user data
- Add createUser, deleteUser, changePassword, resetPassword,
  updateUserRole, updateUserProfile, listUsers, getUser

- Batch-fetch tags for notes in a single query instead of per-note loops
- Add composite indexes on notes, note_tags, and sync_log tables
- Wrap sync push in a transaction for atomicity
- Replace O(n) cleanExpiredSessions with single DELETE query
- Use SQL WHERE in getChangesSince instead of loading all notes
- Extract shared syncNoteTags utility to eliminate duplication
- Add root +error.svelte boundary matching app theme
