Replace hardcoded colors (gray-500, #b44, red-300/red-50/red-600,
green-600) with CSS variables for theme consistency. Add --destructive,
--error-*, --success-*, and --card-shadow variables to :root. Soften
default card borders from --border to --border-subtle and add 8-bit
style hard-offset shadows with hover effects. Apply accent-color for
themed checkboxes.

Remove scroll from toolbar, move undo/redo into More dropdown to fit

Wrap editor content in a scrollable container with max-h-[60vh] so long
notes scroll within the editor instead of pushing it off-screen. Also make

Add a tick counter that increments on every TipTap transaction,
propagated from TiptapEditor through NoteEditor to FormattingToolbar.
This forces Svelte 5 to re-evaluate canUndo/canRedo state in the
template since plain object method calls aren't tracked reactively.

Replace plain text toolbar labels with Lucide SVG icons. Group heading,
list, and alignment options into dropdown menus to reduce toolbar width.
Replace window.prompt link insertion with an inline popover (input, apply,
open, remove). Add underline and text-align TipTap extensions. Remove
task list from TipTap editor (broken styling). Fix task list bullet

Checklist-mode notes now display as a visual checklist preview (up to
8 items with overflow indicator) instead of raw markdown checkbox syntax.
Regular notes keep the truncated plain-text preview.
