Add V8 coverage for unit tests via @vitest/coverage-v8 and Istanbul
instrumentation for E2E tests via vite-plugin-istanbul. Coverage data
is collected from browser pages after each Playwright test and merged
with nyc. CI uploads both coverage reports as GitHub Actions artifacts.

Attachment images are immutable (UUID-based), so CacheFirst is ideal.
Previously-viewed images remain available offline even after blob URLs
expire. Rule placed before general NetworkFirst API rule to match first.

Replace the default dark/white theme with a warm parchment aesthetic
using CSS custom properties, retro pixel overlay, and JetBrains Mono
monospace font across all components. Bump version to 0.1.7.

The Svelte 5 SSR compiler was optimizing away the __APP_VERSION__
constant set via Vite's define, causing the version to be missing
from the production footer. Use a +layout.server.ts load function
to pass the version from package.json instead.
Also bumps version to 0.1.6.

Add SvelteKitPWA plugin to generate a service worker that precaches
static assets and uses NetworkFirst for API routes, enabling the app
to load offline. Generate pretzel emoji PWA icons and remove the old
static manifest (now generated by the plugin).
