Subject: [PATCH] feat: add checklist shortcut to create button

Add a checkbox icon next to the "Add a crumb..." button that opens a new
note directly in checklist mode, similar to Google Keep's quick-create
bar. The NoteEditor accepts a new initialChecklistMode prop.
