feat: add shares service layer with batch fetch and hydration

Create shares-service.ts with fetchSharesForNotes, createShare,
revokeShare, getShareByNoteId, and getSharedNote. Integrate share
tokens into hydrateNotes pipeline alongside tags, attachments,
and collaborators.
